Glatkov Dizajn is a company operating with a production of
bathroom furniture. The Furniture is manufactured mainly of media
pan and plywood colored with a poliuterin colour and that is to
protect the furniture from water and vapor.
The material that we use to manufacture these elements is a product
of other companies of repute. Processing the media pan, it is a long
term process that makes the furniture durable and waterproof.
The
media pan should pass three phases of processing.
-The first phase of production is processing the cants with the
wanted radius.
-Then we begin to shape the curves of the doors from the elements.
-And at the end we begin to color
The coloring is also a process with three phases.
-The first phase planning and coloring with isolation and that is to
close the pores of the material.
-We plane and we color again with a foundation and that is to make a
base for the color.
-The last phase is painting with poliuterin color.
The production of the elements is mainly a serial production with
standard dimensions and white color. But the possibility to make
furniture on order with different design, color and dimensions is
not excluded.
